Yep, 70's and 80s were wild.
Seems like a lot of adults either were angels in college or forgot what the experience was like.
In the 70's and 70's this was high school stuff, not even college. Everyone could drink at 18.

Raising the drinking age to 21 only encouraged binge black out drinking. The Karens of the world never thought about that.
