The near term adverse effects are pretty well documented. It's just axiomatic that the further you are from the date of injection the less likely you will receive those near term effects. The long term effects are unknown.

They are all going to die, every one of them…. Just like all of the rest of us, but the added anxiety of taking that experimental therapy won’t help.
