This right here. Carver is lying his arse off about certain details and even if he wasn't, this would still be a horrible thing they did.

From the arrest warrant, she was most likely suffering from alcohol poisoning, stumbling, and incoherent. Carver admitted she couldn't even tell them where she lived.

Then he tries to claim she consented to sex

How many times do you need to ask someone if they want to have sex. Usually the words, "do you want to have sex?" are never spoken, because they don't need to be if both parties are in agreement.

Two guys asked her a total of 10 times if she wanted to have sex and she said yes 10 times. Again

And if she consented, why did he feel bad????

This whole thing stinks and anyone with half a brain knows exactly what happened. I'm sure Carver or the uncle will roll soon and I hope the two definitely raped her get the max sentence.

Oh, and the warrant clearly stated she was sexually assaulted in the behind. I"m sure she was just dying to try anal in the backseat of some losers car!
