BAC is an important to acknowledge, but not everyone handles their BAC the same way. It may not be as obvious as you think. Everyone does not metabolize alcohol the same way.
The only thing I think we can all agree on is that one should know when someone looks plastered vs. buzzed vs. sober.

A female with .3 bac isn't going to be tipsy or buzzed. She'll be plastered.
