Would we have the same reaction here if she said yes to the train, they dropped her off in the same complex/subdivision, she made it home, then claimed rape two weeks later only after the video surfaced?

At .319 what she said is irrelevant. And at least one of the POS's already admitting knowing she was in no condition to say yes. Why are you even arguing this?

Would there be as much outrage? Most likely not, but the law is still cut and dry when it comes to consent and a BAC that high.

If we knew she had a .32 BAC, which she did. That’s a very clear level of fricked up, she’s probably pissing on herself at that point.
By the way, how did she not make it home? Where was she dropped off? That alone tells the story, were they just trying to get rid of this drunk girl after raping her? Was she not able to tell them where she lived, which speaks to her state of mind.
