No they didn't. That was a clear drop.
He didn't maintain it to the ground. As soon as he hit the ground the ball came loose and the ball was moving before he went out of bounds. Looked like an easy call to me.

I've always loved this... considering someone can dive into the endzone ball flying all over and it's TD.
