I happen to think you're right, but I don't think it's rich billionaires who are getting the short end of the system.

Trump was investigated for years because of allegations made in an opposition funded fabricated dossier.
The FBI violated procedures to obtain a FISA warrant so they could surveil trump and his team.
Can you please provide a single time either of those things have happened to a high-ranking Democrat politician?
