Agreed on Juice. He's just not cutting it. I love Hannibal's energy, but he's a one-trick pony and has no outside game. Hayes can contribute more and hopefully his injury isn't something that isn't going to linger long-term.

If Hayes is healthy enough, he should start at PG. Maybe J. Williams and Miller after that. Hannibal should see a lot of time as a slasher at the 2, maybe a little PG. Hill needs to sit until he works through things.

I agree that Ward needs to see a lot more time (in addition to Phillips and Reed). It would be great if Ward can play at the 2 to give us length, not sure if he has the handles, though. Once Wilkinson gets healthy, having him and Ward on the court at the same time would be interesting to see, especially from a defensive standpoint.

The Cam Hayes situation is a perfect example of the problem. He starts the year not playing at all, Juice Williams gets hurt so he starts to backup Hill and becomes one of our top 3 most productive players. The problem is he’s been moved to the 2 where he doesn’t belong and now his productivity has slowed. So now you’ve taken a productive player and wasted him for the sake of Hill keeping his spot. You’re also making your lineup smaller which kills us on the boards. Hayes should be PG1 with Hannibal backing him up. The two Juices are bottom rotation guys but they’re eating up valuable minutes. We’re not going to be competitive this way, you’ve got no productivity from the lead guard spot and your 3 spot is non existent. We’re playing 3 on 5 with the current rotation being used, it’s no wonder we’re getting blown out.
