Seriously. My class had over 500. The other 6 or 7 public HSs in my county also were schools with 500 or so students in each grade. Zero students dropped dead of heart attacks. Nationally you might occasionally hear a shocking story about a basketball player tragically collapsing in a game from somewhere random in the United States as a result of an unknown heart defect, otherwise the fear of a heart attack happening at that age was universally non-existent because well...teenagers having heart attacks is essentially impossible outside of the incredibly rare cases of someone being born with actual structural heart issues. Even the most unhealthy and inactive of teenagers simply have not even been alive long enough to clog their arteries in a meaningful way that could make an actual heart attack an imminent possibility. It takes years for someone to arrive at that point naturally.
