Oh Really! Fusk off!! Its time people are accountable for their stupid actions. A fender bender all coked up and probably other drugs in him... what if he hit your family and hurt your kids or even killed them? Then, he gets caught, runs and resists arrest multiple times... play stupid games win bad prizes. If he complies he lives unless the coke kills him later
