Squirrel picante:
3 squirrels quartered
3 yellow onions (diced)
1 large jar of pace picante sauce
1 cup of water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning to taste.
Season squirrel quarters then brown in oil. Add diced onions and stir occasionally until wilted. Add water and picante sauce and cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally until squirrel is fork tender. Serve over cooked rice and enjoy.
