The couple of newer pumas I have are no where near the quality of my older ones.

You can look at the blade and at the model number and tell if is made in Germany or China. I buy older Puma's off of eBay. That's what I would recommend you do. I don't see many Puma dealers any more except on eBay.

I've got an old Puma Hunter's Pal my dad gave me as a kid. Awesome knife. I've gutted and skinned and quartered a mountain of deer with that thing.
