Ravens can beat the Bengals and force a coin flip for a home field matchup based on the assumption Bengals could have lost Week 17.

Ravens would have gotten screwed by having to play (and lose to) the Bills and Bengals not. The Ravens always get the benefit from the NFL, quite opposite of the Saints.

In the end it won’t matter, the Ravens offense sucks without Lamar, and looks like Tyler Huntley is hurt too. They’re not beating the Bengals. If they do, then the Bengals have no one to blame but themselves for losing twice to the Ravens and going 2-4 in their division.

The Steelers and Browns would have a better divisional record than them. Anyone know if a team has won their division before by having the outright worst divisional record?

Bengals Coach Zac Taylor (who is normally very milquetoast as it comes to griping at officials) just had some interesting comments:

- as far as I’m concerned, we just want the rules followed. you don’t want to make up any rules

- it’s an opportunity lost. We had control and now we don’t. There are a lot of positives for other teams, and only negatives for us

- (on team’s front office) I love they they are fighting for us, somebody has to because it’s obvious the league isn’t

- (Taylor) doesn’t want to hear about “fair and equitable” when rules are being changed on the fly
