Brockers was better than Williams. Probably the most underrated DL at LSU ever. He absolutely made everyone on that 2011 DL much better than they were. He disrupted nearly every play and controlled the LOS. He was a dominating DT that people seem to forget about. Had a very good NFL career going too. He soaked up all the double and triple teams and still disrupted plays.

I'm glad to see someone else say this. Yes, Brockers was a nightmare for the opposing offensive lines. In that Oregon game alone, he would be double-teamed, and yet he would still create such a push that he would disrupt their pocket, and cause many of Oregon's plays to break down. Then he proceeded to do this all season. It doesn't show up on the highlight reels, but if you go back and watch games and watch him specifically, he did this consistently all season. He was a FORCE in the middle!
