I was wondering how you get IN the house once you seal every entrance. I bet it works though. Flex seal is good stuff. I’d try it tbh. Flooding sucks. Gotta be way better than sandbags.

Water would get in the weep holes for sure but it’ll drain back out once the flood water goes down. I wouldn’t open up the can of worms of finding out what mold etc may grow in there after the flood. Water gets in those spaces anyways. That’s why the weep holes are there. To relieve water behind the bricks

Yeah it would suck if the windows broke from the pressure. But this could be super useful for those who are only worried about water possibly coming through doors. Just seal the doors. Windows on most houses are a foot or two higher anyways

Honestly this is the biggest selling point. For what you'd use sandbags for, this is far superior.
