Some of you run a Prodigy rig. Has it lived up to expectations? What does your build look like? What motor is on it? And what do you use it for?

Mine has been awesome, I just wish I would’ve put a livewell and rod storage because I ended up using it for fishing way more than hunting. Mines an 18x51 that originally had a 37 gator tail but a couple years ago that got swapped out for a 115 sho. I really don’t have any complaints about the boat itself. If I would’ve known it was going to turn into a fishing boat, I would’ve made it bigger and with a bigger back deck.
My next boat will probably be an uncle j’s though. Closer to home and he builds a nice boat. He can build a drop away back deck too so it’s not there when you’re running a tiller but you can swing it up for when someone is fishing back there.

Tunnel hull for the win, don't need any Go Devil or other loud motor, just a regular outboard raised 4 inches. Mud flats no problem

I am thinking a 17x51 with a 60 on a jackplate or an 18x60 with a 70 would do the trick. Hunt, fish, cruise. I've had a surface drive for 3 years now and it's just too loud and slow, and I don't normally need to put the boat in the mud the way I hunt.

I’d go with a 90. You won’t regret it. I was going to put a 90 on mine but it was during covid and I couldn’t get one but there was a 115 available so I went with it and I’m happy I did

I wish I thought of this during covid. Would have been way easier to sell my prodrive. That's the first step to this whole operation lol.

What size boat? And how fast did you go with the 115? I don't need to fly I just want to be in the low to mid 30s
