Skagway-do the bike ride down from the Yukon back into town
Ketchikan-kayak trip
Juneau-hike Mt Roberts for free unless you want to spend big $ on a helicopter trip.

Skagway- Take the all day tour in to the Yukon Territory that includes a train ride on the White Pass Railroad.

Juneau - See Mendenhall Glacier and take the whale watching excursion that circles Shelter Island.

If you want Skagway and you should you need to check ship itineraries. The bigger vessels have not been able to dock there because of wharf issues. Not sure of timeline to fix but NCL Encore had to bypass in August. And yes do the entire day Train and Van trip in to the Yukon. Also I’d make sure Glacier Bay is on itinerary. Very limited number of ships allowed in their yearly. That was a MUST DO for us. Incredible day there . Go to Seattle few days early and see Mt Rainier. I’ve been in May and August. We had better weather in August. Bring good rainwear you will need it regardless of when u go. Have fun

If you're a history buff, Read the White Pass by Roy Minter. The history of that railroad is mind blowing, how quickly it was built.

Most people whale watch in Juneau, or take helicopter trips to the glacier. I recommend Pack Creek if you can get a permit. One of the best brown bear viewing places in the world, just a few miles from JNU but you have to fly or float to get there. Its on Admiralty Island.

If the weather is decent, I recommend Taku Glacier Lodge. Floatplane flight to the lodge and back, over the taku Glacier.

They do a salmon bake out there, so these dudes show up.

they're putting in a gondola, mountain bike paths and a few other things to attract people to the ski area in summer. I doubt it is ready this summer, but should be next.

They already have a second zip line and dog sledding tour there, plus some cabin rentals.
