If you see a lease advertised, avoid it.

The only good ones with very rare exceptions are those joined through word of mouth/friends/family.

But here's if there is one place Id say you may have a chance at defying the odds, it's here. I've seen some selfless, good people open their doors to complete strangers over the years.
