Nola got a lot of illegals right after Katrina to do the drywall and roofing work. That was 17 years ago, almost a whole generation. Taking stock of the city today, is it substantially better off?

Low skilled uneducated immigrants who aren't interested in assimilating are not helpful to improving civilization.

This is about corporate profit margins and changing the electorate in the process.

They all moved to Kenner and now Chalmette
