Looking to go ahead and book a hotel, what are some recommendations and tips? Would like to book for Championship weekend at the Hilton, what are the recommendations on what days to stay? We were thinking about flying in on Saturday, June 24th to Monday or Tuesday the 26th/27th. Tigers that have gone, what has worked great for you?

Baseball is probably the hardest of the 3 sports to make it to the finals. Look at Tennessee last year. They fricking dominated everyone and missed out

If you book an Omaha trip.. be ok if we don’t make it

We stayed at the holiday inn in council bluffs Iowa connected to the ameristar casino. They had a shuttle that would run 24 hours and bring you to walking distance to the park. We enjoyed it and it was pretty easy. The shuttle lines could get packed some nights though especially at the beginning of the world series

If you are a baseball fan
It’s still an experience even if lsu doesn’t make it
The fact ark and Tenn have missed out in last two years when those were two best teams entire season shows how hard it is to make it
Lsu just needs to host and I think it would help

Getting tickets that are not marked up are the most important part of the trip.

I finally had the schedule worked out between kids activities and work and booked a trip in March 2020. The next week they canceled it. I hope to make good on the trip eventually.

I booked last year thinking we’d for sure go. Like the other guy said, it’s very difficult to make it to Omaha nowadays.

I will be at Ameristar in my RV playing strip poker with the eldest waitress I can, hopefully in menopause.
