We were asked to wait on the plane for another crew, only to be told an hour later that the flight was officially cancelled. Then it took an hour and a half to get our luggage. We could see it on the carts through the window for 45 minutes and nobody was doing anything. I'm on Delta Friday, SW has nothing until Saturday, and F em. Generally I've been pro SW but that changed today
