Service company says it's sounds like blower or controller as well, he said its possible cold could cause the issue.
He's busy obviously, but sounds like he's going to try to make it today. Asked for my address at least, lol

Most likely a heat pump which is of little use in this kind of weather. You can switch it to emergency heat and it’ll blow warm air but it’s also gonna tear your electric bill up.
