JOE BURROW at LSU is a very difficult "apple to oranges" QB to use. With his talents amongst others surrounding him, you really can't compare.

Burrow did what MOST very good college QB's do, he made a HUGE leap from his 1st season as a starter to his 2nd season. Grant it, his was METEORIC!!! 
That's when most QB's make their biggest strides. Usually, the game is too fast for them their 1st season and they're learning how to play with all the pieces around them. They gain experience that only comes from consistently playing in actual game-time. Their 2nd season, they're more comfortable and their experience begins to show.
Jayden SHOULD improve at least slightly from being in the system another year. How much, that remains to be seen.
