So I’m just curious if I’m missing something.
STOR announced they’re getting acquired back in September. I have a small position in it so haven’t paid much attention to it as it was more of a set it and forget it.
The acquisition is for $32.25 a share and is supposed to close in Jan. The stock is currently trading at $32 and has been since the acquisition was announced.
Why would I just not sell my shares so I can take the money now and put it somewhere else since obviously the stock doesn’t have any real upside right now? At most I’m losing out on $.25 a share.
