Anyone can indeed transfer a second time without sitting out. They just have to send in a "waiver" to request to be eligible immediately. From a report I heard a while back they said it was a joke and pretty much all waivers were currently being approved. So until that changes then there is no security of a transfer being here more than one year. JT Daniels is about to play for his 4th school.

USC to GA was his one time.
GA to WVU was his one time Grad Transfer.

JT Danial’s is a GRADUATE TRANSFER. No limits that’s why he’s transferred and can play immediately. Same thing Joe Burrow did.
