...however I predict the outcome will be something on the order of:
Bama 34
LSU 17

Breaking down the teams to this point, unless BOTH teams do what NEITHER team has done to this point, I just don't see how LSU can sustain enough offense to win.

What are your thoughts?

I could be wrong, but HOW am I wrong?

Where/how do you see LSU getting more than 17 points?

Of course, I'm not counting defensive scores...which are on the table for both teams.

Im more worried about our defense then offense. All we have to do on offense is not turn the ball over (Pick 6) and we are good

The deciding factor of the UGA game was turnovers, not offensive production. We were driving and if not for that second interception, we were in a very good position to force overtime.

The two points that will decide this game is: How badly will the Bama offense run on our defense, and how many picks will a Saban run secondary get?

So...not turning the ball over doesn't equal points.

Bama's defense is considerably better than LSU's defense this season.

I will even go as far as to concede that the running games are equal...but LSU doesn't have much of a passing game.

You do realize that Lee has more yards, more TDs, and a higher overall QB rating than Wilson?

We score in the red zone

No arguing here

Passing game isnt as bad as it seems. We pass and move the ball down the field, but we just have problems at ints

Lee has more yards than JPW because Bama typically shuts down the passing game in the 2nd half.

Honestly, most of JPW's numbers are through 2 1/2 quarters.

LSU, on the other hand, has been forced into a passing offense late in a few games.

Because of turnovers, not because of offense nor our running game

Your running game is solid.

I don't mean to come across as a douche, but Bama's defense is way better than UGA's and considerably better than UF's.

More TD's to the other team as well.

Lee average over the year: 7.775 yards/attempt

Wilson average over the year: 7.055 yards/attempt

Got any more stupid assertions for me to kill?

Yeah, I don't see it. But hey, you are entitled. So far bama played 1 good team. Clemson blows this year, overrated. We'll see Sat.
