Pretty amazing how many people want the gubment to take care of them. People who make poor decisions trust government.

I'm a "they" and this doesn't satisfy.
If this is an attempt at a pressure relief valve to give some satisfaction to the people that were turned into second class citizens, its not nearly enough.
There must be a reckoning.
