I believe he wanted to come to LSU out of high school but Ed was too busy recruiting in Destin so Cooper went to atm instead.

BK said he was looking for fit. I assume that means character and positions of need. He also mentioned looking for LA kids that want to come home. BK will fully vet kids for character if they're a position of need and looking to come home, even if they have had some issues or made some dumb comments.
