I feel like the last few years we’ve had atleast 1 back that hit 1k rushing yards. sad that it don’t happen this year.

If Goodwin doesn’t get hurt I think he could have made a run at it. He was playing very well early in the year.

Not really a bad thing to spread it out for Carrie’s and it’s not like our passing offense was dominant taking rushes away. No one took control. Just a lack of production overall. And then our QB is the leading rusher and only one capable of reaching 1000 at this point. And it’s a long shot.

No one really had a chance to take control. JD called his own number over and over. It won't be any different next year.

Exactly how is he wrong though? He surely wasn’t passing the ball effectively with that 65.6% QBR through SEC play. Get off JD5’s nuts he surely doesn’t give a frick about you ???????

This is a RB production thread. Nothing to do with Jayden Daniels running because he is not good at reading a defense. Those plays were not going to be rushes for the running back anyway you know because they are pass plays.

Jayden for the the majority of the year did great things in the zone read game and made the right read way more often than not. I’m not saying he was the best QB but he was the best runner on the team for the majority of the year. Especially early in the year the only run plays that worked were his.

Where did you get that number from and how does it compare with other SEC QBs.

Here is what ESPN shows for the SEC

1. Hendon Hooker - 89.4
2. Stetson Bennett - 86.3
3. Bryce Young - 83.7
4. KJ Jefferson - 77.9
5. Jayden Daniels - 77.5
6. Jaxson Dart - 73.4
7. Anthony Richardson - 70.6
8. Brady Cook - 67
9. Will Rogers - 63.3
10. Will Levis - 60.3
11. Mike Wright - 57.8
12. Spencer Rattler - 57.7
13. Robby Ashford - 49.4
