Western Kansas with all of the meat processing facilities and cattle and their waste.

The Harris Ranch feedlots beside I-5 is horrible.
The worst thing I have ever smelled is butyric acid. Straight from the bowels of hell.

Had to go to Dodge City for work. Made the mistake of staying at the hotel across the road from the Excel Packing plant in the Winter time. It was pretty bad.
Absolute worst though was Summer in Louisiana. One of our cows died and I found it a few days later. Disgusting smell.
