I think we were planning to use it as a bio weapon, and building it in China - bc the MIC has their heads up their asses and for some reason trust the Chinese, who have gaslighted Wall Street and our government int trusting them - so we built it there for less oversight, and then the Chinese spilled it and spread it and then blamed us for it. (They tried that in the beginning, remember).
We wargamed for it bc the military wanted to figure out what would happen if they used it on purpose.
I think it was accidental. But I also wouldn’t put it past China to have literally used our weapon against us by turning it on their own PPL first. China’s only natural resource is slave labor - so their citizens are clearly expendable.
Regardless - I don’t think the release was deliberate. I think it was reckless.

they funded the research in china because its easy to get us to focus our hatred on china than on our own government.
