So they filed lawsuit prior to the election and immediately after? Exactly what the Dems said was the remedy after 2020….and a liberal judge still tossed both cases?

Exactly what happened in Pennsylvania in 2020.
Filed suit prior to the election: tossed because no damage could be shown.
Filed suit after the election: tossed because the election was over. Moot point.
The game is fricking rigged.
