If you've seen the Katy trail in TX or the Highline in Manhattan, you see what they are trying to emulate. But Katy, TX and the Upper West Side ain't downtown ATL.

my town got some land and built out about 15+ miles of trails where our development will be in about 10 years. looking at it now, you're thinking, why did y'all build several miles of trail out in corn fields, but as that develops they'll have some clear boundaries. there are way worse things i don't want to spend tax money on.

The Katy trail is in Dallas
