I have seen 2 in my lifetime and I will say they are life changing. I don’t have a problem telling people I got help. I worked on the flight deck of an aircraft carrier, so I don’t consider myself a weak person. But on my mother’s side, there are several suicides and histories of depression and early deaths due to mental breakdowns. The therapists taught me about depression, psychology and taught me coping skills. It has been a journey, not a quick fix. I know without a doubt, both the two I saw (am still seeing one) truly care about my wellbeing. My father passed away three weeks ago, but I am able to still smile and not experience dark days.

I can get this on YouTube though, or a book. That costs a shite load less.

shite even a bachelors in psychology would probably cost less depending on the school.
