remember living in NOLA before the Brees/Payton Era, the Saints were so pathetically bad for so many years that people around town would actually deny being Saints fans. Anybody who admitted to being a Saints fan got laughed at as some kind of masochistic moron who likes to waste time watching that garbage product.
shite, you couldn't GIVE your tickets away. Nobody wanted to go to the game!

That’s a hell of a long con. It was only 4 years after Katrina that the saints won the Super Bowl.
Interesting though how the NFL helped us win a Super Bowl then proceeded to take every opportunity to cut the saints down in the years following.
