1. Even restricting the discussion to HIV no responsible person in the Healthcare industry should encourage the kind of Tinder sex with randoms that the commercials implicitly endorse. Compliance with use of medications is less than 100% and no one can promise 100% prevention of HIV transmission
2. There are a lot of STDs other than HIV. Seeing a drug company which supposedly promotes human welfare promote the opposite seems like an obvious problem. I'm not a big fan lawsuits but I could imagine a gay man infected by HIV, monkey pox, Herpes or whatever attempting to sue.
