right side of my chest/right tricep giving out

Whenever i work those areas of the muscles it just feels so much weaker that my left pec/tri
it’s been going on for week and half
there’s no pain in those areas but for some reason i’m really struggling putting up anything remotely close to what i typically can especially during bench press and skull crushers
Have no issues with my biceps
Anyone share their experience and how long it took to recover/get back to normal?

Went through a similar situation with my left side a few years ago. Never had a proper diagnosis but all signs pointed to Nerve Impingement. Made a few trips to a chiro who specialized in sports medicine and learned some “nerve flossing” stretches on YouTube.
Coincidentally I had to take miss a few weeks of lifting due to work around that same time, and I believe that’s what actually cured it.

Sounds like a nerve issue; probably at C5C6 or C6C7.

You know you bicep attaches to the glenoid in the shoulder but also attached to the pec area of the chest. You may have a partially torn biceps tendon.
