I'd be interested to know what "King's Evil" entails.
ETA - It refers to a medical condition known as Tuberculous lymphadenitis which is a chronic, specific granulomatous inflammation of the lymph node with caseation necrosis, caused by infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis or related bacteria.
