He was getting TONS of hype when he committed this summer, but then he got hurt, so they dont talk about him much. Once they commit and they are pretty solid on their word, you really stop hearing much about them.

Also, I just don't think he's as vocal as Shep is. Shep is really taking that leadership role and running with it in terms of talkin to other recruits and getting in their ear.

You do hear from most recruits when they visit that they spend time and chat with Davenport. I think Davenport is just more quiet in general. That might be part of it.

He's fully healthy now or close, he's just like shep though when it comes to how much he loves Lsu, and if he is able to come down this weekend he will be by sheps side recruiting the shite out of anyone else there visiting.

i have seen both play and al woods in high school was much more dominant than chris davenport in the 5 or so games i have seen davenport compete in. the thing with davenport is the potential. davenport has really quick feet and when he gets some direction he will be a force to be reckoned with

He ripped up his leg this year and I see him moving to OT when he comes to LSU.

He had a serious leg injury which probably will slow him down. Like Barksdale I feel Les moves him to OT.

Al Woods is playing in the wrong system. He's a 3-4 Nose Guard a la Terrance Cody playing in a 4 down scheme.
