I work with 80% women. Every time I have to go into one of their offices, they close the door and talk about someone else in the office. And a good 15-20 minute conversation too. It's getting to the point where I just stay at my desk all day.

Not an office pet peeve, but when I get cold calls and they want to set up a meeting that absolutely will not benefit our business and basically won't take no for an answer. I always politely decline and hang up while they're asking "why" for them to either, call back and keep me on the phone for 10 minutes asking the reason why I won't accept the meeting, OR call my direct supervisor which he will tell me to set up a meeting with them. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconbanghead.gif)

Parking lot lazies.
Fat people who wait for a closer parking space or park in non allowed spots. They could easily park and be in the store by the time they finally get settled.
People need to walk more, not less.
