I'm just pissed that I've been asking for this cookbook for Christmas for the past 10 years and still haven't received it. I need new friends.

I’ve had it almost 15 years, I guess
I’ve always thought it was more of a historical text than a cookbook.
It’s got some of the best pictures of Louisiana’s landscape of any book I have.

The Encyclopedia of Cajun & Creole Cuisine is better than After the Hunt imo.
