A lot of truth here.
IF Trump would be a team player he'd recognize his liabilities and get behind DeSantis. Trump needs to be a part of the GOP, just not the part he wants but the part we need.

He still carries so much clout, that he could check his ego, and do what’s best for America, step back, and endorse another candidate.
But he won’t. He’s egomaniacal and he can’t even see that’s what needs to happen.
He will cost us 2024.
