The developers might pass over West Feliciana and just double down in Central. Or move to West Baton Rouge. Or even Pointe Coupee if that STEM academy continues to perform.

Not with the price of land per acre in West Feliciana. DR Horton, DSLD won't meet their margins.

Don't think they'd want to pay those property taxes. Central has drawn a line in the sand and has had good luck keeping undesirables out. I don't know wtf Zachary's problem is.
