Go watch it again, line to gain was the plus side of the 35 yard line, he had the ball in his left arm and his left elbow hits pretty clearly before he reaches the 35 (his OL #71 made the stop tbh).
I try to watch as objectively as possible but I really feel like we get that call with a review.. could be wrong though!

Remember when referees would bring the chains on the field to measure close first downs?
