all i was saying is that most fans will be there but it wont be a big game atmosphere in most peoples minds because of our off year.

I was at the Earthquake game. Crowd really wasn't loud at all. The only reason there was an explosion at the end was because LSU kept teasing the fans with going into score and then getting stopped on what looked like a sustainable drive. The game was odd because it primed the crowd the entire game until the very end, and then the rest is history.

yea but its ole saint nick comin to the BR

we had mediocre teams/seasons in the late 80s

and considering all the fans that hopped on the bandwagon after 03 AND 07

AND considering the glimpse of high expectations we had about a month ago

not to mention theres a chance the tide rolls into BR ranked #1

STRONGLY disagree. LSU fans will be hoping that a little Tiger Stadium magic can happen and LSU somehow, someway finds a way to get in a groove for that game and beat Nick. The build up to the game is going to be HUGE.

I hope i am wrong. I hope Nov 8th brings reason to cheer and create a new earthquake game. Im just saying you know how some fans are, they are just going to assume bama is going to kill us. IMO i think we are going to beat alabama

hehe i was there 2 :P....it looked like the only sustainable drive of the game.

not to mention the 4th down drama from the 20, and the 2 previous touchdowns blown/missed by Fuller

i agree there are ALOT of fans that fit the mold u described, but i think even those fans will BOOOOO old nicky when the time comes

plus 6-2 means more reason to get smashed and drown your sorrows.....drunk fans = noise

The LSU athletic department encourages this as long as nobody is standing up.

all i know, in order to win this game we need to keep the fans into the game. Like you said there will be hate for nick saban at the beginning of the game. so if Lee has a repeat of the uga game then it wont be good
