That is generally what you might need from an IT side and I did some extreme padding.
Some of you guys clearly have never been in the vicinity of systems that have to support thousands of users 24/7, much less the tens of millions of users across the planet that Twitter has to support.

He could possibly run it with 2,000 employees, but that would be the bare minimum and only because he may outsource some functions. No telling if he wants to actually save money / streamline or simply look to sink his own investment.

Apparently you know nothing about me or the line of work I have been in since the 90s.

It is so much easier now with these dumbed down systems, than the actual real work we had to do back in the day.

Twitter, while large volume, is a very basic system when it comes to complexity.
