I had it done over 20 years ago. Severely deviated septum and some sinus issues. They also lasered the turbinates at the same time. This was maybe my soph or junior year in college and no long lasting issues. I still need some saline rinse in the spring and fall to help with allergies but other than that, I can breathe pretty easy.
