My dad was an alumnus.
When we lived in Dubai, my family state-side would tape record the few LSU games that were televised (along with Price is Right and Loony Tunes episodes).
Me and my dad would watch whatever games they sent us, even if LSU lost.
When we moved back to the states, we'd watch whenever LSU was on TV. When TigerVision came out, the old man would pay to watch Tiger football.
So, it was a forgone conclusion that I would one day attend LSU.
