Can you share this redevelopment plan?

Another major wave of new stadiums is upon us. Dallas, LA, Minnesota and Vegas changed the stadium game to a new level and many franchises are realizing just how crappy their "new" stadiums of the last 20 years truly are...looking at you Cleveland, Cincinnati and Pittsburgh!! Open air cold weather stadiums will become a thing of the past. Cities and owners aren't going to spend that kind of money unless the stadium can be used for FAR more events other than football. These newest domed stadiums are INCREDIBLE!! Nashville getting a billion dollar state of the art stadium is going to be amazing for the city and franchise. Listen, in a perfect world, we all want games to be played in the elements, but its just not sound economically any longer. The high tech retractable roof/domed stadium era is upon us!! Cleveland will be next....
