That kid got caught up in a situation where the media completely crucified him.

The whole situation was started by the black Israelite people and one picture was taken of the Sandman kid face to face with some Indian man, in which Sandman was standing on a step to be face to face with the man. Its a perfect example of how the media manipulates people and Jones is a member of the media.
